The following links show examples of a single-source User Guide. My client, Sun Microsystems, needed an online user guide for an account management system. They also needed a print version of the same document but didn't have the funding for both. By using Adobe FrameMaker and Webworks Publisher Pro, I produced both documents from a single content source, and I did it within their original budget for one document. Both of these documents contain the same content. The difference in that one is formatted for web-based, online help and the other is a PDF document formatted for print.
